A user may delete their own account. This action is not reversible. When the delete account instruction is confirmed then the user’s account and all Good Day data will be permanently deleted.
To delete an account, find the User pop up menu located in the top right corner of the display, and then clock on the ‘Account’ menu item.
After selecting the ‘Account’ menu item, the pop up Account management form will be displayed.
To delete the user account, click on the ‘Delete account’ button.
At this point, the display will change to show a delete input box and confirm delete button. The user must type the word DELETE into the input box and then click on the ‘Confirm delete’ button.
Note: a delete account instruction cannot be reversed. Once actioned, all user data and user account information is permanently removed.
