To add a new goal click on the ‘Add’ button found in the goals action panel.
After clicking on the button, the data area changes to display the ‘Add new goal’ form.
As a minimum, enter a new goal requires just a title. All other fields are optional.
Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the new goal entry.
When the goal is confirmed as saved the action panel contents will refresh to offer a number of goal level action options:
- Progress: clicking on the ‘Progress’ action button under the ‘Goal level options’ section will change the display to show the current status of the selected goal
- Metrics: clicking on the ‘Metrics’ action button under the ‘Goal level options’ section will change the display to show a facility that allows the user to define one or metrics to track progress on goal progress.
- Action plan: clicking on the ‘Action plan’ action button under the ‘Goal level options’ section will change the display to show a form that allows the user to define the elements of an action plan for completing the goal.
