Where do I view habits? #
Select the ‘Habits’ feature page, or view existing active habits on the ‘Today’ page
How do I create a new habit? #
Select the ‘Habits’ page and then either click on the ‘+’ button or click on the ‘Add habit’ button
How do I update an existing habit? #
Select the ‘Habits’ page, and then click over the card in the list of the habit that you wish to update
How do I delete an existing habit? #
Select the ‘Habits’ page, and in the habits list, find the required habit card and swipe it to the left.
How do I set up a daily habit? #
Create a new habit and in the ‘Add habit’ form set the ‘Frequency’ field to ‘daily’
How do I set up a weekly habit? #
Create a new habit and in the ‘Add habit’ form set the ‘Frequency’ field to ‘Weekly’.
How do I update my progress with a habit? #
This can be done from either the ‘Today’ page or the Habits page ‘Progress view’. Find the habit to be updated, and then click over the habit card. Based on the type of tracking, a popup form will appear asking the user to confirm the tracking input.
How can I view my progress with a habit?
From the ‘Habits’ feature page, either select the ‘Progress’ button in the action panel, or choose a habit from the List page, and then under the ‘Habit level options’ section choose the ‘Tracking’ button.
How do I link a habit to a goal? #
From the ‘Goals’ page, select the desired goal from the list of goals by clicking on the goad card. Then, under ‘Goal level options, ‘ select the ‘Action plan’ button. When the ‘Action plan’ form appears, click on the ‘search/find’ icon in the the ‘Behaviour changes’ section and a pop-up ‘Select habits’ form will appear. Any habits selected here will be linked to the goal.
