Viewing habit progress

1 min read

Progress on habit adoption can be viewed from two locations:

  • View progress across all habits from the “Habits” page ‘Progress’ view
  • View progress at an individual habit level from the Habit level @tracking’ view

The purpose of the Progress views is to show how well the user is performing in adopting the habit at a frequency to meet the target adoption percentage.

All habit Progress view #

To view progress across all habits, select the “Habits” page and then click on the ‘Progress’ button found in the action bar

The progress view will display a chart panel for each active habit.

Each chart shows:

  • The target adoption percentage as a red line
  • The actual rolling adoption pass rate as a green line. The pass rate is the number of times the user has completed the habit over the assessment period expressed as a percentage. This is a rolling percentage.
  • When there is sufficient tracking data, then the chart will also include a green dotted line to represent a projection of likely progress over the remaining active timeframe.

If the green line is on or above the red line then the user is meeting expectations in terms of habit adoption.

Individual habit tracking view #

The same tracking progress information can be viewed for an individual habit.

  • Select the “Habits” page
  • Select the ‘List’ action
  • Click on a habit entry in the list
  • Under the “Habit level options|” in the action panel, click on the ‘Tracking’ button
