Introduction #
Within the Task page, the user can save the existing filter values as a custom task filter. The saved filter provides a method for quickly reloading previous used filter combinations, or even setting a custom filter as the starting filter for the tasks page.
Saving a task filter #
To save a custom filter, the user should

When clicked, this will open the popup ‘Save task filter’ form.

Complete this form by entering:
- A unique title for the filter
- An optional filter description
- Optionally, set the ‘Set as starting filter’ to ON if this filter is to be the initial starting filter for all uses of the Tasks page.
Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the filter.
Reloading a saved filter #
Previously save custom filters can be reloaded by clicking on the ‘load’ icon in the filters toolbars

Clicking on this icon, will open the popup ‘Select a saved task filter’ form.

Select an entry from the saved filter list to make that filter the current tasks page filter.
Removing the ‘Starting’ filter. #
If whilst saving a custom task filter the user has chosen to make that filter the starting filter for the tasks page, then at some point they may wish to remove this starting setting.
To do this,
