The Task ‘Week’ view displays a calendar week with one column for each day. It includes a weekly navigator for moving the week forward and backwards.
The ‘Week’ view is useful for assessing the scheduled task burden across the current and future weeks.
Using the long drag method, a task may be moved between day columns. Click anywhere on the task, hold the click down until the drag box appears, and then drag and drop the task into the new day column
User actions available on this view include:
- Using the date week navigator to move the task date filter forwards and backwards
- Drag a task between date columns
- Add a new task
- Bulk add multiple tasks
- Edit a task
- Select multiple tasks for updating
- Swipe a task to change its state
- Swipe a task to delete it
- Use the quick filters in the action bar to filter the tasks displayed
- Change the task filters
- Load and save custom filters
- Load and save custom views
- Configure how the task view is displayed
