How do I add a new task? #
On the page look for the ‘+’ icon or click on the ‘Add task’ button in the actions panel
Can I add multiple tasks in one hit? #
Yes, use the bulk add feature
How to I change an existing task? #
Click anywhere over a task card and the ‘Edit task’ form will popup, or click over the icon on the left side of the task card to open the ‘quick update’ popup.
How to delete a task? #
Find the task card and slide it to the left (by default, this can be configured to be to the right).
How to mark a task as completed? #
Slide the task to the right, o click on the task and within the ‘Edit Task’ form change the task state.
How do I scroll right or left to see task columns off screen? #
To scroll horizontally, hold the shift button down whilst moving the mouse scroller.
How do I change the width of columns in the Today and Tasks pages? #
Move the cursor up to the top/right of a column and a resizer icon will appear under the mouse. Drag this resizer icon to the left or right to change the column width.
Can I add recurring tasks? #
Yes – a task can be set to recur across multiple different time-periods.
Can I link or group together similar tasks? #
Yes, use the a folder or category association to link together a group of tasks.
Can I link tasks that are part of a project? #
Yes – a folder can be used to represent a project. Alternatively, define a goal, make an action plan, and set the tasks as part of the goal action plan.
How do I link tasks to a parent goal? #
Inside the ‘Edit task’ form you can select the parent goal.
Where can I see my tasks scheduled for the week ahead? #
Use the ‘Today’ page to see the tasks grouped by day columns.
Can I add sub-tasks to a main task? #
Use the task checklist feature to represent sub tasks.
Can I configure what information is displayed for each task? #
Yes, each task view has a configuration option that allows the visual display to be adapted to suit the users needs. This includes what properties are to be displayed within the task card.
How can see my tasks scheduled for next week? #
Select the ‘Tasks’ page, and then the ‘Week’ view. Change the week cursor to next week to show the tasks scheduled for that timeframe.
