To alter the Kanban view display, click on the toolbar cog-wheel button.

When the cog-wheel button is clicked, the configuration form is opened.

The form includes the following display option settings:
- Show story point total: if switched on, then the column titles will show a total of all task story points for tasks in that column.
- Sort by: Used to define how tasks will be sorted in the display
- Show sidebar: to show or hide the action sidebar
- Kanban columns: this is used to define the number of columns that will appear in the Kanban display, and what task states are to be included in each Kanban column.
- Task card width: Used to optimise the task column widths within the available screen space
- Task tile display – trailing: used to display a chosen task attribute in the right most position in the task card
- Task tile display – sub title: selects the task attributes that will be shown in the task card subtitle area. Attributes will only be displayed if they have data.
After changing the required settings, when the user clicks on the ‘Save’ button the Kanban view is refreshed to display the new configuration settings.
Alternatively, clicking on the ‘Save as default’ button will set these settings as the default values for this view and all future instances of the Kanban view.
