The goal scheduling feature allows the user to view when open goals are scheduled to be completed and adjust goal dates to support a realistic view of time, resource and expectations.
she purpose of the view is to allow the user to spread the goal target completion dates, to support a more realistic work burden.
The schedule goals view display information over two columns.
- The left column displays a list of open goals that do not have a scheduled finished date.
- The right column display those goals that do have a scheduled finish date, grouped by a number of time horizons.

The user can drag goal entries from the ‘Unscheduled’ list to any of the time horizon panels displayed in the right column. Equally, a goal entry in one of the time horizon panels can be dragged either to the ‘Unscheduled’ list, or to another time horizon panel. Dragging a goal entry to another location will update its scheduled finish date value.
The list of time horizons displayed in the right side column can be changed to suit the users circumstances. Click on the ‘Change time horizons’ button found in the top right corner of the view.

A pop-up form appears with a list of the available time horizons. The user is free to choose a different mix.
