For example, all tasks that are related to &#8216;Health &amp; fitness&#8217; might be grouped under a category of that name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How is a category different to a folder?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is recommended that a category be used to represent a type of task, whilst a folder will generally be used to group together tasks that share some common purpose, like a project to complete something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For instance, there could be a category for &#8216;work&#8217; and separate folders for different work areas or projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use categories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Categories are suggested to provide a broader filter on different aspects of the management.  Like:  &#8216;work&#8217;, &#8216;home&#8217;, &#8216;health&#8217;, and  &#8216;finance&#8217;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing categories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of categories is optional.  There is a facility in the User settings form to employ or not employ categories.
